Hello everyone!

Here is our review of the Silver Cross Pioneer – in terms of first impressions and unboxing.

Want to find out how we have got on with our little girl, here is our first review:

More thoughts on unboxing and why we chose it:

After having a second-hand travel system with Bill, I was so excited to unbox one that was all shiny and new.

When I asked for travel system/pushchair/buggy advice, lots of people recommended the Silver Cross Surf 2. So I had a browse, and found another model that I loved even more.

I was sent the Silver Cross Pioneer and Simplicity Car Seat to review. I am really excited to be working with a brand that even my grandma loves.

I haven’t been paid for this video or review.

Hope it helps!

Charlotte xx

I’m Charlotte and I am one of those mums just trying to make it all work, if you know what I mean.

I’m 27, love carbs, rubbish 90’s music, Prosecco and baths without finding a bath toy stuck under my bum.

I have a little boy called Bill (born June 2012) and I am pregnant with baby number two who is due in April 2016.

I work full-time (which is bloomin’ tiring sometimes). And I also blog and make these videos for fun, because I’m daft like that.

I’m a Channel Mum Pro Vlogger – which is really worth checking out!

I was a single mum, just me and Bill. But then I had a bit of a fairytale moment when I met Mark (he’s a bit lovely) and things are better than I could have hoped for now. Especially now we’re having a little baby of our own.

I know that all mums are different in their own way, but I hope you enjoy seeing snippets of my life, all the same.

Hey I am 16 weeks pregnant Ihave two questions one is when should I start buying stuff for the baby because I want to buy a pram and other things but I don’t know if it’s too early. My second question is how do you buy a silver cross pioneer with just the new born carry cot because I’ve seen a lot of these prams on the official site an they had a general push chair seat but I want the new born carry cot, love this video!xx

Zoe Dann says:

I have the Silver Cross Wayfarer (something like that) and it looks more or less exactly the same. We love it, its a great travel system but the only problem I have found with it is that the front wheels are too small that it gets caught on every curb or pot hole and gets stuck. Its the most annoying thing!! Good luck with yours though, hopefully its different enough that it doesn’t do that.

Lisa Quayle says:

Thanks for the review. Just wondering how you are getting on with it with your baby girl?

LizziebelleXOX says:

Beautiful pram Charlotte !!! The shopping basket is so important ! I got the uppababy purely because it had s huge basket too I could do my weekly shop & fit it all in . It’s 3 years old now and the basket is on the verge of collapsing !! Are they clips to hang your changing bag on!!? Great video xxx

Katie Ellison says:

So exciting! I love the colour x

Linsey Wright says:

or should I say lucky baby girl getting to ride along in this beaut xxx

Monika Chukwu says:

I almost decided to get this buggy…tick most of the boxes except one – the stroller seat does not go down flat! The child sleeps in a sitting position only down a bit – that position is not good for the spine 🙁

CaraLovesTeddy says:

The ri gs at the side are to collapse the pram. u press the button in on the top and slide the rings up and it fold down but u have to remove the carrycot/buggy seat off first it’s a 2 piece fold down xx

Christie Grey says:

Thanks so much for your review on this product… It has really helped with my search for a pram and travel system. X.

Lizzieswift_ says:

My brother and sister-in-law had this travel system for my niece! It’s such a beautiful pram.

sophieellaandme says:

What a beautiful pram! Love the colour x

Lunar Magician says:

Thanks for the review – we’re stuck between this and the Uppababy Cruz, but I’m gradually leaning towards the Pioneer for the sturdier looking wheels. The Uppababy seemed to be a lighter weight – how is the Pioneer for that? The weight seems to change on every website we look on! Due in June with our first. All the best with your little ones 🙂

CharlieLou21 says:

My sister has the same silver cross for my nice. My niece loves it sleeps really well in it aswell xxx

Fifi Leigh says:

Stephanie McDaniel says:

Such a cute pram can’t believe its like £600! I don’t have kids so did not know how much stuff this stuff costs – no wonder people complain haha! Also love that rug on the floor – love Aztec styles 🙂
